Texas fans are riding high on confidence about their Longhorns this season, and Bijan Robinson is leading the charge.
The former Longhorns running back was proudly cheering on as Texas faced Michigan in an away game on Saturday.
“We’re seeing the future of college football right here,” Robinson posted on X, with a Hook ’em Horns emoji. “Those Michigan boys ran out of gas before the game even started.”

Robinson calling Texas the “future of college football” implies he believes they’re on the verge of becoming a dynasty.
The Longhorns are off to a strong start at 2-0 this season after their 31-12 victory over Michigan. They also reached the College Football Playoff last year, signaling that the program is on an upward trajectory. However, Robinson might want to hold off on labeling them the next powerhouse until Texas proves themselves over a few seasons in the SEC.
It’s worth noting that during Robinson’s three years at Texas, the team went 20-15. He was later selected 8th overall by the Falcons in the 2023 draft.
