Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark has just one regular-season game left in her remarkable WNBA rookie year. Indiana is already locked into the sixth seed and could face the Las Vegas Aces, Connecticut Sun, or Minnesota Lynx in the first round of the playoffs. Heading into the season finale, Clark is averaging 19.5 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds. No player in WNBA history has maintained these stats for an entire season, just one of many records Clark has shattered in her debut season.

LSU Women’s Basketball standout Flau’jae Johnson commented on the post, writing, “Indy on the map.”
Johnson, who played with Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese at LSU, helped secure a national title in 2023. A standout in her own right, Johnson was named SEC Rookie of the Year for 2022-23 and built on that success in her sophomore year. LSU defeated Clark’s Iowa Hawkeyes in the 2023 championship game, which included Reese’s viral “you can’t see me” gesture toward Clark.
Reese recently shared on her “Unapologetically Angel” podcast that while she and Johnson aren’t as close as they used to be, there are no bad feelings. “I still support Flau’jae,” Reese said. “We just aren’t as close anymore, but there’s no hard feelings.”
