For the first time in two weeks, Bears receiver Keenan Allen is set to practice.
The team expects him to have a limited role in Wednesday afternoon’s practice as he prepares to potentially play against the Rams on Sunday. Allen has been nursing a heel injury since last month, which affected him during Week 1, and he has not practiced or participated in games since then, missing the Bears’ road games in Houston and Indianapolis. In Week 1, Allen was the Bears’ top target with 11 attempts, catching four passes for 29 yards, though he did require attention in the blue injury tent.
