In late June, Pembroke Pines (Fla.) West Broward three-star wide receiver Joshua Moore committed to the Florida Gators. Despite this, in-state rivals Florida State and Miami have continued to recruit him. That effort remains ongoing, although Moore has recently been in more contact with other programs such as Georgia, Louisville, and UCF.
Moore has attended two of Florida’s home games this season and also made an unofficial midweek visit to Miami’s campus this month. Currently, Florida sits at 2-2 on the season, with Moore witnessing both losses in person. Although he’s enthusiastic about his commitment to the Gators, Moore is still keeping an open mind.
“I still feel really good,” Moore told 247Sports’ Gaby Urrutia regarding his commitment to Florida. “I’m still 100 percent committed, but I’m keeping my options open.”
