On Monday, September 30, 2024, as the Mets were in Atlanta for a doubleheader, the Brewers held a workout at American Family Field. Frelick participated, running the bases, which was captured on video by MLB.com’s Adam McCalvy.
When asked how he felt, Frelick stated he’s “good to go” for the playoffs. The Brewers will finalize their roster ahead of the series opener on Tuesday, October 1.
