General Manager Omar Khan recently hinted at the possibility of signing star wide receiver Cooper Kupp, who was officially released by the Los Angeles Rams after the team failed to find a suitable trade partner. The Rams’ decision to part ways with Kupp came as a surprise to many around the league.
