Daniels praised Brown’s ability to create separation and make plays, noting that both he and McLaurin have a strong background from Ohio State. He humorously added that LSU produces the best receivers, emphasizing the work ethic both players bring to practice.
Brown demonstrated his potential during the final drive of the Commanders’ Week 2 matchup against the New York Giants, connecting with Daniels on a 34-yard play that advanced the team across midfield just after the two-minute warning. This set up a field goal by Austin Seibert, which clinched the victory.
If Daniels and Brown can continue to strengthen their connection, the Commanders’ performance on the field will likely improve.
