JUST IN: Alabama Stand High percent winning chance in Georgia vs Alabama game as Georgia Confirms that WR will be out

Georgia will be missing one of their wide receivers for the upcoming game against Alabama.

In what is shaping up to be one of the biggest matchups of the college football season, the Georgia Bulldogs are heading to Tuscaloosa to face the Alabama Crimson Tide. Both teams are mostly healthy going into this top-five clash, and while Georgia is hoping to get some players back from injury, one wide receiver will be sidelined for Saturday’s game.

London Humphreys, a former Vanderbilt transfer, is unlikely to play due to mononucleosis, as reported by Dawgs347 and confirmed by Bulldogs on SI. Although Humphreys isn’t a starter, he has contributed as part of Georgia’s wide receiver rotation this season. His best performance came against Vanderbilt, where he logged two catches for 63 yards and a touchdown, though he hasn’t recorded a stat since Week 1.

While Humphreys isn’t a starter, losing depth before such a significant game is less than ideal for Georgia.
