The Philadelphia 76ers have had an active offseason, and with training camp approaching, they continue to add to their roster, leaving no opportunity unexplored. Their latest acquisitions are forwards Isaiah Mobley and Jordan Tucker, as announced by Daryl Morey. According to NBC Sports Philadelphia, both players are on Exhibit 10 contracts, which are one-year, minimum-salary deals designed as tryouts. Teams have until the regular season to decide if they want to convert these into two-way contracts.
Isaiah Mobley, drafted 49th overall by the Cavaliers in 2022, spent two seasons with Cleveland but saw limited playing time. He is also the older brother of Cavs starter Evan Mobley. In 22 games with the Cavaliers, Mobley averaged 7.1 minutes, 2.5 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per game. His stats declined after his rookie year, but Mobley remains focused on improving. He expressed his goal with the 76ers: “I want to learn from the experienced vets on this team and contribute with my skills, like stretching the floor and making plays.”
Tucker, meanwhile, has yet to play in the NBA, having spent his career in the G League and Europe.
