Scott Frost is set to make his return to football coaching, this time with the Los Angeles Rams, according to multiple reports.
ESPN’s Pete Thamel reports that the former Nebraska player and coach is expected to take on the role of Senior Football Analyst for the Rams. Frost has been out of coaching since his departure from Nebraska in 2022.
Frost, who served as the head coach for the Huskers for over four seasons, was let go three games into the 2022 season after a 45-42 loss to Georgia Southern. His tenure at Nebraska ended with a 16-31 overall record.
Returning to the NFL, Frost will now be part of the Rams’ staff. His NFL career includes six seasons as a defensive back with the Jets, Browns, Packers, and Buccaneers.
Originally from Wood River, Nebraska, Frost was a standout college quarterback and a two-time national champion with the Huskers.
